About Hyssop Bistro
Hyssop Bistro started out as a pop up restaurant, setting out in early 2018 by chefs Paul Sykes and Jess Hine. Both having worked in the industry with many years, it was time for them to venture out on their own to offer their style of dining to their own customers.
Chef Paul has a experienced background working in various fine dining establishments around the UK, and Jess trained as a pastry chef, having worked in a similar restaurant theme.
The pop ups were a huge hit, especially with the people of Glossop. Paul and Jess have created a bistro style of restaurant to provide creatively refined dishes, but in a relaxed and accessible atmosphere.
